We will provide a timely responce to questions and/or concerns, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered. We will review and respond to e-mails at the time in the order in which they are received.

It is the policy of the company to charge appticable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller tax identification certificate as required. Our Internet business, all sales within the state of Illinois to changed sales tax. Since we are located in Illinois we are required by law to change 8.75% sales tax. *No sales tax out side of Illinois.

Written Check and Money Orders: (Sent Through The Mail)

Trent Enterprises also accept money orders, personal/business checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front. "Temporary" or counter checks are not acceptable.

When you're done shopping and have added all of your items to your cart:

1. Proceed to our Secure Checkout by clicking the Secure Checkout button on the basket page.

2. Enter your billing and shipping information and click the Continue button.

3. Click the CHECK/MONEY ORDER BY MAIL button.

4. Click the Vew and Print Order to Mail to Trent Enterprises button.
This will conveniently give you a printable order form with all your information as well as the mailing address for your order with payment.

If you do not have a printer, after completing the above steps to get your order total, just include a note with your billing and shipping address along with a list of the item number you want.

5. Send the order from, or note, with your payment payable to Trent Enterprises.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, or Certifed Bank Checks & Personal Checks:

PLEASE NOTE: If you pay by personal check, business check, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before can ship your merchandise. If you reside in the United States, paying by any of the above methods typically delays your order about 15 business days after our receipt of your check. Dishonored Checks will assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.

International Orders Payment Mathods:

1. PayPal - Complete your shopping cart process, once you reach the end choose payPal as your payment method. Continue to pay pay website where you will be asked to provide your credit card information. All international orders paying through PayPal will need to provide references before your order is shipped.


Trent Enterprises strives hard to dispatched all orders A.S.A.P of placing your order, subject to payment verification (providing all items in stock). Note. All orders are processed Monday through Friday.


All orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.


If you have placed your order and payment has been applies. If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please try to contact us by e-mail @ TrentEnterprises.net as soon as possible and make sure to include your order number. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order before it is shipped. Orders that are canceled after the packaging process is completed a 15% restocking fee will be charged.


It is Trent Enterprises intention to have every item listed in stock that we list. Please note because our site is not tied into live inventory, there is a possiblity that the merchandise you order is out of stock or nolonger available. Customers will be notified in a timely fashion if an item is out of stock and offer you a complete refund or give you the option to wait for your item. Orders are filled on a first-come first served basis.


PLEASE NOTE Our Prices Do Not Include Shipping. You can calculate your shipping costs (through our shopping cart) with no obligation to buy. The buyer are responsible for the shipping charges.

1. Shipping is based on the weight destination and dimensions of the paskages. Charges are calculated based on United States Postal Service (USPS) rates posted on their website.

2. Orders that the weight exceeds over 70 lbs. will ship via United Parcel Service(UPS) we'll send you the freight quote. If you approve it, we'll process your order. Email us @ Sales@TrentEnterprises.net for more Information.


The delivery information includes Full Name, Correct Street Address, E-mail address, Post Code and Phone/Cell number. If the either address or phone/cell number isn't correct, you won't receive the item(s), you will be responsible for the lost.


Orders may be shipped with USPS or UPS. Although we cannot request or guarantee a specific carrier, we guarantee a smooth & swift delivery.

3. We DO NOT ship to Third Party Addresses.


Where We Ship. We can ship anywhere within the United State with a physical address and U.S. postal ZIP code.

1. For Security reasons, Trent Enterprises ships to street addresses only, and not to P.O Boxs or similar addresses.

2. We DO ship to: APO/FPO addresses.


The shipping time varies based on package weight and destination, dimensions. Normally, you will get the items within ten (10) business days after you finish placing the order on our site. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Your order is inspected for accuracy and packed carefully. Our responsibility for the condition of your order ends when the carrier picks it up. We do not have any control over the package. In case of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the matter to the best of our ability.

If an item sells out during the current listing, you will be notified and refunded.

Shipping and Item Problems

PLEASE NOTE: Despite our best efforts, at the time of your delivery, please be sure to inspect the shipment of all cartons received. Should there be any damage or shortage, make sure it is noted on the USPS, UPS driver's. If damages or shortages are not noted, claims be extremely difficult to process and may be denied. NOTE You must notify us within two (2) business days so that we can file a timely claim with the carrier, get reimbursed, and proceed with getting your order redelivered.


For orders being shipped to Canada, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before purchasing.


USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification e-mails.

1. USPS Parcel Post, NOTE Delivery Confirmation Available.


1. Package over 4 lbs will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

2. Package under 4 lbs will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.

3. Delivery Confirmation Numbers are not available for USPS International Mail, only a Customs Declaration Number.

Custom Fees / Duty Fees:

Shipping charges on orders do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request details regarding these charges. If you decide to decline any shipments in progress from Trent Enterprises, you remain responsible for all original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the denied package, in addition tothe cost of returning the package to Trent Enterprises. These costs will be subtracted from your refund.

Trent Enterprises has made every effort to minimize shipping cost and does not profit from any additional duties and/or customs rates.

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot after the value.

Please note that package can be held up in customs and cause delay in shipping time. This is beyond our control and there is nothing Trent Enterprises can do to speed up the process.


Larger Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Shipment are automatically insured loss/damage protection included up to $100.00. Once shipped, your tracking number will be email to you so that you may check the status of your order at leisure through the UPS website (just copy and paste the number into the search field). If there is a situation during shipment, that will delay the arrival of your package, you will be notified from UPS Quantum View. NOTE UPS WILL NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES/Post Office. YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING by UPS. The website does not check this and your order will be delayed if you only include a PO Box for a UPS order.

To ship to a PO Box, you will have to choose a US Postal Service rate when you checkout.


1. Once your order is complete. Your order will then be sent to our system for processing. You will receive an email with tracking information when your has been shipped.

2. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from us within ten (10) business days after you have place your order on our site, Communication is the key we ask that then and only then will you contact us @ Sales@TrentEnterprises.net and include the eCrater item(s) number with your question. We will provide a timely responce to your concern, Please Note incoming e-mail from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered. We will review and respond to emails at this time in the order in which they are received.


Trent Enterprises appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within ten(10) business days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept merchandise returns after ten (10) business days from the original delivery date for any reason.


To obtain a Return Authorization Number, email us at Sales@TrentEnterprises.net. Along with your order # of the products you want to return, please provide detailed reasons for your Return/Replacement. Upon approval, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours with a proper solution


1. If you receive a product that is defective, notify us within ten(10) business days to get an RMA. You will have to send the product back (at your expense). If you want an exchange, a replacement of the same item will be sent to you when we receive your return (shipped at our expense). If you want a refund for what you paid for the product (not the shipping costs) will be issued when we receive and process your return.

2. If you receive a product you do not want, you may request a return authorization within ten(10) business days of receiving the product so that you can return it for a refund. Your refund is for the product only and will not include shipping costs.

3. NOTE Due to Sanitary Reasons we DO NOT accept returns on Pantyhose

4. The product (s) opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


1. We will not be held liable for products shipped to a wrong address that you provided.

2. We cannot be held responsible for orders missing or stolen once USPS or UPS considers your order delivered. If an order is missing or stolen, you must notify us within two business days of the delivery date (per our return policy above) so that the carrier can investigate and pay for the claim.

3. We cannot guarantee the availablity of stock. It is possible an item will go out of stock before the quantity count is updated. If this happens, we will notify you by e-mail and your order total will be adjusted appropriately.

4. We will not be held liable in any way for any defects or problems you may encounter with products you order from us. You must follow the proper RMA or warranty procedures shown in our return policy.

Please Note: At the time of your delivery, please be sure to check all packages for any damages or shortages. If damages or shortages are not noted, claims be extremely difficult to process and may be denied.
